7. For any tray you are stacking above another tray rather than directly on the copper base, add a thin bead of clear craft glue or 3 to 4 adhesive dots on the contact points, then press it gently into place.
8. Clean away any visible glue immediately with a cotton swab, and check that every tray sits level so rings and small items will not slide into one corner.
9. Stick the felt pads under the copper serving tray to protect your nightstand and give the organizer a finished, furniture-friendly base.
10. Let the organizer rest for at least 1 hour before loading it, then sort your everyday bedside items by category: jewelry in the smallest sections, watch and glasses in the wider tray, and lip balm or hand cream in the most accessible front spot.
